Competitors can sabotage your site easily using two methods

Pursuing for money making opportunities online is not an easy task. Especially if you are trying to go full time making a living, it takes a lot of time and effort to build a steady income. As more and more people around the world are able to gain access to internet, competition is getting fierce day after day. At some point it won’t be a surprise to discover someone around the globe is trying to sabotage your site. If you read my previous blog post title “10 backlinks generating strategies that Google not recommended”, you’ll understand how easy it is to sabotage a site. Competitors just have to do 2 simple things to sabotage your site. Although you might still able to solve it by contacting Google, but the damage is enough to get you busy for some time.

The first method competitors can do is simply submitting your site URL to auto backlink generating sites. When your site instantly generates thousands of backlinks from irrelevant sites, your page rank will instantly affected. You will witness the ranking of your site moving away from Google first page search result in couple of days. As a result you will see a drop of traffic.

The second method competitors can do is continuously clicking on Google AdSense ads on your site. This will trigger a flag to Google saying you are trying to increase earnings by intentionally clicking on the ads. Although it is impossible to justify if you are clicking it yourself, hiring others to do so or an act of sabotage by others, it will definitely makes Google sends you a warning email before banning your account.

Even though you are still able to file a report with Google mentioning the attack and sabotage, the damage already has been done. Remember that Google does not 100% reply to the reports. Most victims got were only silence treatment from Google.

If you find yourself in this situation, it is better off to ditch Google and get a new partner. Remember that you are still able to pursuit for money making opportunities online without relying on Google. Just that it might be a bit more difficult.
