Driving Traffic with Link exchange
Until today I still think there is only couple of things that we need to consider in order to earn a decent amount of money online. The 2 things are content and traffic. Speaking of traffic, how much traffic that we actually need to achieve minimum income, 100~500 visitors per day perhaps? If you’re targeting that amount of visitors, a PR3 site is definitely not enough to reach that goal. Your site needs to be at least PR4 to get more than 100 visitors from Google search engine. It is not easy to get a PR4 and maintaining it. Those of you that have been blogging for more than a year should understand that pretty well. In other words, we can’t solely depend on Google ranking and the search engine to bring visitors to the site. One method that most of us do to increase the amount of visitors is link exchange. Link exchange can be done manually by visiting other blogs or sites and drop a message to request a link exchange. It might seem troublesome and time consuming but it’s actually a direct and simple way. Another way you can get link exchange is sign up those link exchange sites. Link Market is one of the sites that I use for link exchange. Instead of looking for blogs and sites for link exchange, these link exchange sites gather all those that interested in exchanging links. Besides waiting others to send in link exchange request, you look through the directory and request link exchange yourself. So, how long should we do link exchange and how many link exchange can be consider enough? Well, link exchange is a nonstop continues task and it is never enough. If you really need a number I’ll say at least more than 5000 link exchange is needed and that’s just a start.
