If you are going to pick up some products and making use of your Facebook account to sell it, it can be easy but the profit might not be great. Below are some of the things or areas which you need to consider before starting or picking up a business.

The first thing that you need to look into it is legal matter. Does your business need license? What documents or paper work needs to fill up before you are allowed to start your business? Do not think that enforcement won’t check on you if business is small. They usually start taking action when your business starts blooming.

The second thing that you need to think about is the potential risk within. In other words you have to think about the worst case scenarios. What are the bad consequences or situations that you might get yourself into? Are you able to handle and deal with it? One of the criteria of running a business is risk management. If you are not mentally strong enough to handle risk, you might not be able to continue for long.

The third and final thing that you need to consider is the potential of revenue. Is your business worth the time, energy and investment? Can your business really make money? Is the market large enough for your business? How long can your business survive or hold on before you really start making money?

These are just 3 of the most simple and basic things that you need to consider before starting a business. Of course there are also other considerations depending on the type of business that you are getting in. It is a big decision as it involves a lot of time, energy, money and the people around you.
