Google Adsense New Interface Wednesday

As Google Adsense has just introduce the new interface, Google Inside Adsense Blog launches a new series of post title “New Interface Wednesday” to highlight and talks about the new Adsense interface. In other words, Google Adsense tries to explain and introduces the new interface in details with lots of examples, experiences and stories from publishers. It is an interesting suggestion because learning to make full use of Google Adsense new interface is a must if you’re seriously trying to maximize the money making opportunities brought by Google Adsense.

The first post of the New Interface Wednesday is “Graphs right in your account”. There is nothing new about the first post as it’s just an introduction about the new graph features instead of just the data figures. The graphs are most definitely make things clear and direct when you’re comparing data and figures. Any increase or decrease of performance can be easily seen. Plus it takes less than a minute to browse through the information using graphs. As Google Adsense has lots of data like CPC, impression, CTR, page RPM and Clicks which can be very confusing by just looking at the numbers.

Honestly, I was hoping that the post can discuss more about the things publishers might not know or aware about Google Adsense new interface.  Just skip the obvious information and focus on just the new features. It will be better to introduce or teach publishers to read or look at Google new interface from every different point of view and angle. The new interface is not a necessary if it does not provide more useful information which the old interface fails to deliver.

    The title is a bit misleading, the new interface was launched 2 months ago, it is great that Google will offer some more information, but I think that everything is obvious. I quite like the interface.

    New interface is really impressive, everything is visible. I quite like it and I think it will help me to visualize my ads and trends better.
