Getting a Job or continue working on Money Making Opportunities Part 5
One thing that concerns me a lot is that what I will do after I retired if I had a job. Take for example if I continue to take on the engineering post in the factory, I probably retired at the age of 50 or 55. After that, what’s next for me? I spend 20~30 years working in the factory and when I reach my retirement age, I’ll be kick out with some retirement funds. What do I gain? I suppose money is the only thing I gain. It may seem that I’ve done my part of hard work and I don’t have to worry about it no more. Still if you’ve been working for so long and you’re ask to quit and let go of the things that you’ve done for so long, it just feels lonely. Lonely meaning you have to search for other things to do as you can no longer do the stuff that you usually do. It’s almost like having to imprison for 30 years and when you’re finally out and free, you have no idea what to do. You have to start all over again and things will be difficult as you already aged. I’ve seen lots of people when they retired, they seems to enjoy their life by traveling around, watching TVs, hanging around with friends and spending time in a relaxing way. But still you can feel that something is missing from their faces. It’s the sense of needed or the work responsibility which makes them alive. Just compare between two retired 60 year old men with one still continue working and another one enjoying life doing simple activities. You’ll feel that the first person is very much energetic and alive.
This blog of Money Making Opportunities will stop only when I say so. That means the search of money making opportunities will continue on until I decided to stop. So there is no official retirement date as I can blog until the day I die. If you had a job, you stop making money once you retired. The most you’ll get is the retirement funds and the savings you have. That means your income stops. In most cases, the money is not enough to help you get through the rest of your life. Another good thing about having undetermined retirement date is that you can continue to work and make money. I decided to pursuit my money making opportunities online not just merely for the money but also to create a place that I can spend my time for the rest of my life. It’s not just a simple work but an activity that fills my soul with satisfactory, achievement and proves of the work I’ve done throughout the years. Best of all instead of just money, I have a blog call Money Making Opportunities or an online business that I can pass on to my children.
