Set a goal before you start blogging in 2017

Usually January is the time to plan and decide what you are going to do for the whole year. You set goals and think about the things that need to be done for the year. It might be troublesome but it is one of the best ways to increase productivity. Your one year planning doesn’t have to be in details. Basically you just need to list down the things that need to be done. Even if you are only able to list down 12 tasks required done, that is consider good enough. At least you need to complete one task each month.

Next you need to break down the 12 tasks that you have written so that you can make full use of each month. In other words you need to write down the things that you need to do in order to complete the 12 tasks. That means each task will have 4 weeks to complete. If the tasks are related, make sure that it is done continuously. It is much easier this way because your memory of previous task is still fresh. You don’t want to waste time referring back previous task again and again.

When you plan, your productivity increases because tasks can be complete without wasting a lot of time. Your work progress also smooth because preparation are done accordingly. Your schedule will be on time too. You are probably able to meet tight deadline either if nothing unexpected incident happens. Thus it is definitely worth spending some time plan and schedules the things that need to be done properly.
