Simple Online Tool for Creating .htaccess Files
I wrote about .htaccess Editor in my previous old blog. I decided to talk about it again in my new blog because I feel that it is a wonderful tool. For those that are not familiar with programming and creating .htaccess file, this is the tool just right for you.
.htaccess Editor is a simple online editor that allows you to setup error page, default page, www, redirect directives, basic authentication, files access and restriction. All these functions can be done just following the step by step selections and filling up the required blanks. When you are finish with all the steps, scripts will be created according to your selection and input. All you need to do is copy and past it into your .htaccess file. It is a simple tool that makes it easy to edit and create .htaccess file. For those that are familiar with .htaccess file creating and editing, this editor can be very handy as you don?t have to refer to your notes and easily created the scripts in a short time.
The editor is available in several languages. You can switch from English to Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Deutsch, Italian and Portuguese. Currently the site is looking for help in translation. You can contact the site owner if you wish to translate the site to a different language that is still unavailable.
