It is great to be able to drop everything and leave it for a few days and not have to worry. But do use the timestamp feature, as updating your blog is important, as this does effect traffic and people may think that you have given up. If you are in anything for the long haul, you'll need a break from it at one time or another. For holiday I like to go to places with third world conditions. That way I'm usually assured that I won't be bothered much by advertising, technology or modernity. I just hang out with like-minded travelers and locals and have authentic conversations.
